Check Valve Installation & Use Manual

I. Scope of Application

Check valve is mainly used on pipeline in which medium flows unidirectionally.It can stop fluid (medium) from backflow automatically and it only allows thmedium to flow towards one direction. The working medium includes water, oil andgas. The nominal pressure is 1.6MPa. The working temperature is -10'C< tK120C.

Il. Product Features

1. The product uses high quality copper material and adopts hot extrusion forgingtechnology.

2. Vertical type flexible sealing structure material is silicone rubber. Spring materialis stainless steel.

II. Installation Instructions

1. Straight-through type lifting check valve shall be installed on horizontal pipeline.Vertical type lifing check value shall be installed on vertical pipeline. Medium flowsfrom bottom to top.

2. The installation position of swing check valve is not limited. It is generallyinstalled or horizontal pipeline. It can also be installed on vertical pipeline andinclined pipeline.

3. Medium flow direction shall be consistent with the arrow direction on the valvebody during the intallation.

IV. Quality Guarantee

Our company is responsible for the replacement of products due to quality defectwithin 12 months after the products are sold. Improper installation or use of theproducts is not included in such range.
